The Cottage

After you park your car, step on the deck and take in the view that is Blue Hawk Lake!

Docs on the Rocks is a great and comfortable cottage from which to enjoy what the Haliburton area has to offer.

From the brightly lit sunroom to the cozy living area warmed by a wood stove, to the outdoor gazebo, the mood of Docs on the Rocks is one of serenity, bliss and a feeling of ........... aaaaaah.

DotR combines the comfort of home with the uniqeness of cottage country. Pine covered walls and ceilings, the cottage offers three bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a set of single bunk beds. There is also one pull-out couch.All of which provide restful sleep and comfort for 8 guests.

A full washroom with a shower is on the main floor as well as a fully equiped kitchen with all utensils. A microwave, stove & oven greets the cottage chef.

There is a satellite TV and lots of board games to keep you entertained during the "indoor" days.

For your enjoyment of Blue Hawk Lake, we provide a family canoe and a paddle boat so that you may take in the full beauty of the area.
